研修会に参加するためタウンワークでビジネスホテルを探していたところ、ホソダさんのウィクリーマンションの広告を偶然見つけ、試しに一回利用してみることにしました。問い合わせに対する受け答えも親切でしたし、部屋もキレイでした。特に共用部分は充実していました。細かな備品も揃っており、この料金設定でこれだけの設備なら十分過ぎるのではないでしょうか。金額的に安い上にビジネスホテルよりも快適なくらいでした。一つ注文をつけるなら、部屋やベッドの上に髪の毛が多数落ちていて気になりました。ただし他の部屋の人に聞いたところ清掃も行き届いていたという事で、私の部屋だけの状況だったようです。つくばに行く時には必ずまた利用します。

北海道から大学進学のためにつくば市に参りましたので、アパートを探す期間、借りてから生活が機能する(ガスや電気など使用できる)期間として、利用させてもらいました。
御社を選んだ理由としては、まず他社と比べ『安い』！私の利用させてもらったところは一週間で１８０００円で、一日２０００円台でした。ホテルやチェーンのウィークリーマンションの半値くらいだと思います。
それに加え『安いのにすごくキレイで設備が整っている』！生活必需の設備はもちろん、インターネットや大画面のテレビ、ゲーム機、卓球台までありました。 感想としては非常に満足です！結局借りて二日目でアパートは決まったのですが、ずっと一週間ウィークリーマンションに住んでたくらいです。
インターネットで検索して幸運にも即日入居することができ、手続きも簡単で、何も準備しなくても安心して快適に住めました。場所が複雑なところにありましたが、親身にメールや電話で教えていただいたので困らなかったです。強いて要望を言えば、私の借りたところはつくば駅や大学に通うならば車が必要でしたね。ただ、ここの会社には色々なウィークリーマンションがあるので、選んでもらえば問題ないです。大手より地元に特化したウィークリーマンションの方がサービスや値段が充実しているなと感じました。借りて本当によかったです。借りてなければ、もっと値の張るウィークリーマンションや、設備がよくないホテルに住んでいたか、ネットカフェ難民でしたからね(笑)。欲目抜きで本当におすすめです。

土浦での2ヶ月間の出張に使わせて頂きました。御社を選んだのはインターネットができるとか、いろんな備品がついてるにもかかわらず安いからです。 利用中は共有システムが充実していて不便もなく、快適な生活を与えてくれました。
私はBOXルームを使わせてもらいました。場所は結構山の中ですが、歩いて5分ぐらいのところにコンビニがあり夜は静かでいいところでした。つくば駅まではちょっと距離があるのですが、つくば駅の近くにあるホソダさんの1日駐車上が安くて助かりました。自転車も無料で貸してくれたので助かりました。数ヶ月いるだけの生活のために布団を用意したり、炊飯ジャーや洗濯機等々細々したものを用意するのは大変なのですべてが揃っているここのウィークリーマンションはとても都合が良かったです。またの機会にも使いたいと思っています。土浦近辺にも物件があるとうれしいのですが、、。

今回、転居の中継ぎとして利用しました。選択のポイントはやはり安さです。1泊2000円はネットカフェより安く、設備も浴室、シャワー室、洗濯機とこの価格とは思えない充実振りでした。炊事設備は材料さえ揃えればすぐ料理ができるくらい、洗面所には部屋別のコップまで用意されていました。ありがたかったのはインターネットが自由に利用できた事です。インターネット回線のあるウィークりマンションやホテルは多くありますが、端末機自体が用意されているところはなかなかありません。安いビジネスホテル（それでも4-5千円はかかります）よりも快適でした。その他、無料自転車を利用させていただきましたが、つくば市を散策するには自転車はぴったりの交通手段でした。設備面ばかりでなく、スタッフの対応も丁寧でこちらの要望にもすぐ応えていただきました。
機会があればまた利用させていただきます。

I stayed in the WeeklyMansion Tsukuba Box Room for two weeks
and was pleasantly surprised, as Ididn´t expect much to get in such a low price.
The room was spacious, fullyfurnished with TV set, air conditioner and a fridge.
The kitchen was fairlyequipped with a set of dishes, gas cooker, rice-cooker,
hot-water heater,microwaves etc. Ideally you need not to carry any cutlery set,
coffee mugs oreven chopsticks. They provide everything. The toilet is well equipped
with warming unit and comfortable and it is separate from the shower and bathtub
equippedwith hot water. The room was well clean when I entered in it and everything
wason place and working. You can use the washing machine kept outside for yourroom
for free. The main advantage is the location of the room. It is adjacentto AIST
and JAXA and near the Doho Park. Just 5 minute walk away so veryhelpful for
scientific researchers like me. 7/11 store is just 5 mins walk downthe street.
The distance from the centre is also convenient, 15 mins by bicycle.They provide
you a free bicycle for commuting which is another plus point. Sobasically this
weekly mansion provided me everything like a fully furnishedapartment at much
lower price and the stay was comfortable even in the peakwinter season of December-January!
I really want to thank the Hosoda Kosan Co. people for such a nicefacility.
I would definitely like to come here again in the future.

I stayed in the Weekly Mansion Tsukuba Box Room for two months
and was pleasantly surprised, as I didn´t expect much when choosing it because
of the low price. Although some of the rooms are very small, you can reserve
a bigger one which is worth doing. But all of them are full furnished, have
a good TV set with game hardware, modern air conditioner, fridge and a LAN socket
to connect your laptop to the internet. There is a common area with two PCs
for a free use as well and few desks with lamps which I often used to study.
You can enjoy a smoking TV room, ping-pong table or a massage chair for free
for your rest there as well. I appreciated the most the fairly equipped kitchen
with a set of dishes for every guest, with common use gas cookers, rice-cookers,
hot-water heaters, microwaves etc. The idea that you don´t need to bother with
bringing a cup or chopsticks is really nice. The toilets and showers and a bath-tube
are common, but cleaned often by the staff as well as the other common areas,
so you are obliged just to clean your own dishes and get rid of your trash.
The use of washing machines and dryer for free is pleasant as well. The main
disadvantage of the Box Room is the distance from the centre, so it is a best
choice if you have a car or motorbike. It is 10mins walk from a frequented road
between Tsukuba centre and Tsuchiura eki, where the buses goes every 15-30mins
to the Tsukuba centre or University (10-20mins bus ride). But I really enjoyed
the free bicycle loan and rode it every day to the centre (20mins bike ride)
or University (30mins bike ride).
