　酒店式公寓笠原就在国道50号附近。附近有浴池，县政府，大型电器店，距离水户站比较近，所以很便利。去水户以北、以南上班上学都很便利。

　从常盘线赤塚站步行几分就能到酒店式公寓赤塚。因为是赤塚站近郊，所以可以用电车上班上学。附近有医院，药店，电器店和衣服店，非常方便。
