※Cancellation within 1 week and 1 day will cause a penalty of half and total price respectively. So if you decide to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

Utilization Time
If you rent for one day, the utilization time will be 9：30〜18：00. （If you donot return on time, you have to pay overage charges.）
If you rent for more than one day, the utilization time will be from 9：30 the first day, to 18：00 the last day
Please fill up the car with regular gasolinee when you return the car.

Delivery Place・Things to Bring（Refer to the map below please）
Please get the car at Hosoda Kousan's office. The address is 「茨城県つくば市二の宮2−12−17」. Search with 029-852-3761 by car navigation system！
Do please take your drivers license and cash (credit card payment is not available).（International Drivers Licenses are available with one year from the day you land in Japan. In that case please also take your passport with you.）



Optional Charged Service
1．Deductible compensation system（1050 Yen/Day or 15750 Yen/Month）
If accident happens, the system compensate for the goods and car (50,000 Yen each at most; Total 100,000 Yen at most). However, if multiple accidents happen, this system only applies for the first accident.What's more, if the car cannot move, you may have to pay a business compensation of 20,000 Yen.※If the accident happens without opponents, this system is unavailable; Small Truck cannot use this system※

2．Car Navigation Rental Service　（525 Yen/Day）
If you want to use car navigation system in small cars or trucks, or you think it is helpful to have a car navigation when you go to a strange place, we suggest you use this service

3．Morning and Night service　（＋2,100 Yen）
If you want to use the car from early morning or late night, we can satisfy your requirement at a price of 2,100 Yen. We will pass the key at 18：00〜19：00. Please come to our service at that time. If you want to use the car before that time, we will charge you one more day's price.

4．Delivery to and Withdrawal from the apartment service　（+　5000 Yen〜10000 Yen）
We provide this service which is convenient for the tenants. We can deliver the car to and withdrawal it from your apartment（+5000 Yen）.
（If you use the car for more than one week, you can also use this service at the same price in Tsukuba, Ushiku, Ryugasaki, Oyama.）
If you want us to deliver the car to a place other than our serviced apartment. We will handle your request only when the place is within 15 kilometers from Tsukuba Office. At that time, we will charge 10,000 for this service.
If the place is more than 15 kilometers from Tsukuba office, please talk to us.

5．Child Seat（3,000 Yen〜5,000 Yen/Month）
We have seats for children. Please feel free to inquire of us.

Child seat for children of older than 9 months　5,000 Yen/Month 　

6．Car designating service　（300 Yen/Day）
"I am used to Vitz","I want to drive Demio", "I want to drive Fit". At that time you can use this service.

A　We give favorable treatment to those who rent for a long time. If you want to rent a car for more than one month, you can reserve at anytime; If less than one month but more than one week, you can reserve within one month before you use it; If less than one week, you have to reserve within one week before you use it (If there are vacancies).However, small trucks can be reserved at anytime.

A　Small cars can be rent for at least one week. We are sorry for that.
