@I had to stay here to take care of a patient, so I rent Hosoda Kousan's apartment. I was so surprised at the room that I can not help saying "Wow!" when I first entered the room.
I felt as if I had entered someone else's room, because Electric appliances are provided and well arranged, and the bathroom twinkles and is very clean.
What's more, the toilet is equipped with washlet, which is also pleasing. In addition, the Electric appliances are perfect and I was also surprised that there is also PlayStation.
When I was viewing Hosoda Kousan's website, it was easy to see the interior pictures and it was homelike, so I chose Hosoda Kousan.
It would be perfect if the room were more spacious. I lived a quiet life here and could enjoy a time without worrying about anything.
However, it was scary for a women to go in and out, as there were some accidents. It wa also pleasant that I lived in the room near elevator. When going in and out, I could check with the small circle (sight glass), so I lived here as if I had lived in a mansion. I wanted to live here for a long time.
I have confirmed on the internet for many times, but I was still worrying at first.
However, after my stay here, I knew that I made a good choice. I didn't feel any inconvenience. The laundry washing was easy and the drying machine was useful. I didn't feel the room dark either.
I also want to live in it again. I think it would be more delightful if there were: @ a mug
A a calendar B a notebook and a ball pen. Please work hard to make more people happy and make more comfortable apartments.
The women staffs were very kind in telephone correspondence, which impressed me.

@Thank you for your comments. I want to explain something about mug, calendar, notebook and ballpen. Most guests use the cups we provided instead of mugs. However, when speaking of the homelike warmth, it's better to have mugs. About calendar, we will provide it from the next year. (We ordered some calendars several days before). At last, we also think we should make some notebooks and ballpens with Hosoda Kousan characteristics. Thank you again for your precious suggestions.

@I was looking for a serviced apartment while I was going on a business trip. I chose Hosoda Kousan at last because there is LAN, a drying machine, a full length mirror and it's reinforced-concrete structure, together with privacy-protection, work and life. I didn't feel any stress living in this apartment as if I had been living in my own house (maybe more comfortable than my house). During my stay here, the refrigerator broke and the food decayed. I tapped on the refrigerator then it was alright(sorry for doing that).
I think it would be great if you had provided some catering information. |

@I lived in this apartment for a short-term factory training.
I thought serviced apartment was cheaper and more comfortable than hotels, so I looked for serviced apartment in Oyama near the factory. Finally I found Hosoda Kousan, whose apartment was good at location, price, suppliments(especially bicycle), cleaning service every week. I thought it must have been comfortable to live in this apartment so I made my decision. The serviced apartment provided me with a convenience space, especially every Tuesday, when the cleaning service was provided. After cleaning, the room became amazingly clean, which made me feel extremely happy. If I have another chance, I would like to live here again. |

@This time, I used this apartment as a temporary accommodation because of house moving. I also thought of hotels. but as I just live for one week, I searched the internet and found Hosoda Kousan. I was living a single life so I didn't feel uncomfortable living in a serviced apartment. There were also computers and PlayStation, which made me spend an interesting time. However, what made me feel happy is that free bicycle rental service, computer, PlayStation was provided so that I could live a better life than living in my own house. There were Electric appliances, table wares, and other amenities. So bringing a bag when you move in is enough. I am satisfied. |

@It was great that I could live a single life because the amenities were sufficient. There was not only television and bed, but also rice cooker and frying pan, so it was possible to do some easy cooking. Near the apartment there is a large super market, so you can buy flavor enhancers before moving in, which I think is great. It also helped me a lot that PC and internet was provided. What's more, the convenience store and family restaurant was also convenient. What extremely delighted me is that the bicycle rental service was free. However, when I borrowed the bicycle, the tier was flat, which disappointed me. I called the staffs in the morning and they repaired the bicyle n that day. So I was also satisfied with their immediate correspondence. If there is another chance, I will be sure to live in this apartment. |

@To work in Robure near Oyama station for a tenant there, I lived here for one week. I also used Hosoda Kousan's service this time last year in Tsukuba, so it was the second time I use their service. It was my first time to live in Hosoda Kousan's apartment in the previous time, so I had meals in restaurants. However, as there is a refrigerator, a fry pan, a rice cooker, chopsticks and other table wares, I challenged selfcooking. It was not inconvenient at all and I saved a ;ot of money by selfcooking. What's more, it was just the season when it became cold, but the serviced apartment here provides bathroom, which you can use at ease and heal you from your fatigue. After work, I came back, self cooked and took a bath. One week passed quickly. The weather was also good and I lived a comfortable life here. In the place where you can go 5 minutes by car, there are golf short courses which you can use at a price of 2,000 ~ 3,000 Yen. I enjoy a happy and free business trip. If there is another chance, I would like to live in Hosoda Kousan's apartment again. |

@Because of the earthquake, I moved to a new house. Before I could find a new home, I lived here in Hosoda Kousan's apartment. The most important reason why I chose Hosoda Kousan is the low price. What's more, considering this price, the apartment was spacious and we could move in immediately. The apartment is safe and carefree. It was delightful to live in such a homelike apartment. By the way, it was the first time I live in serviced apartment. At first I was not used to serviced apartment but soon after 2 days I felt it was comfortable to live here. With the influence of the earthquake, I had to move many luggages to the apartment, which was tiring. However, it was also helpful that the apartment is 2DK, which could take in my luggage tidily. I think such places are rare in number but it helped me a lot during such a hard time. In addition, the staffs of Hosoda Kousan were also kind. As it was the first time I live in their apartment, I made many telephone calls, but they answered me patiently. If I have another chance, I would like live in serviced apartment again. Thank you! |
