Take a bus at North Exit of Mito Station and after several minutes get off at "泉町1丁目", where there is a department store named "京成百貨店". 備前町 is right there. It's in right back of 京成百貨店, so here is considered to be the best location. Go out of National Way 50, you can take a bus or a taxi easily so the access is also convenient! We left out computers, which is equipped in general serviced apartments(but internet service is available) so that the price is low.
