Pic. 1	Go straight from south exit of Mito Station until you reach the first traffic light. Then turn right and continue to go straight until you reach a crossing, where there is an Izakaya named "かいらく" and a Karaoke named "EST". Turn Right at the crossing.
After turning left at the crossing, go straight until you reach the first crossing, which locates in the southeast direction of Mito City Hall. Then turn left again. The white building in the right part of Pic. 2 is Mito City Hall.	Pic. 2
Pic. 3	Continue going straight and you can see Parking Area of Bank of Ibaraki and 2-story car park building in the left hand, then you can see a building with green wall pasted with tiles in its 2 sides, which is the destination (サンハイツ).
Path from Joyo Bank (常陽銀行)
Go straight from south exit of Mito Station until you reach the first traffic light. Then turn right and continue to go straight until you see Joyo Bank (常陽銀行). Turn left there, you will see a bus stop named "水城高校入口".	Pic. 4
Pic. 5	there is a signboard reading "常陽保険サービス��" about 30 meters ahead. Please turn right there. The building in Pic. 5 with green wall pasted with tiles in its 2 sides, which is the destination (サンハイツ). In the lefthand of Pic.5 there is Toll Parking Lot. The charge is 300 Yen/Hour. Other parking areas in the neighborhood charge about 200 Yen〜300 Yen per hour, and 1300 Yen〜1500 Yen per day.
