御利用条件

当社のウィークリーマンションは基本が週単位でのご利用になりますので
One Week未満でのご利用の場合は滞在予定日からOne Week前からの予約になります.(団体用を除く)ご了承ください.

ご利用時間は初日16時入居・最終日の10時の退去になります.
(ご利用期間中はOne Day中お部屋に居ていただいてもかまいません)
合計Priceは利用人数Price×利用日時になります.

このPriceに部屋使用代, 退出時清掃, 備品補充費用, 水道光熱費, Parking Lot代, インターネット接続料, Computer使用料, 消費税, 自転車使用料等すべて含まれています.又, 保証金等の費用もありませんので, 皆様方には以下の金額以外一切かかりません. ※5歳未満のお子様の場合は人数に含まなくて大丈夫です.(However, if the expense of Electricity or water go well beyond the basic rate because you turn on the air conditioner or water service when you go out, a request of extra expense will be charged on you.)
