I choose weekly mansion for about two months because there was empty room in the dormitory during the time. My company assistant recommend me to use this weekly mansion. she said this company is famous in the Tsukuba city. I think if you are considering between weekly mansion and hotel, I want to recommend this weekly mansion! It has many equipment. You can check them in the homepage.And this room is especially good for internet service. and I satisfied the internet speed. During my stay, I only communicated with the weekly mansion company using Internet mail and didn't face anyone. It was comfort. The cleaning tool was broken, so I sent an e-mail to the company. They sent respond very quickly and they changed it at the next preparation time (there was two times of preparation time, they puts some things like tissue and detergents...) Before, I worried about the storage space. Fortunately, there was a small drawer which is good for few weeks customer. The cleanliness is not bad. But, I hope the company cares a little more. (e.g. toilet vent dust) One thing I didn't like was that the washing machine was at the outside. In the evening, I was a little scared to go out, so I used it on weekends.

私の会社のアシスタントさんに勧められたのもあり、寮の部屋が空くまでの2ヶ月を過ごすためにウィークリーマンションを利用しました。その人はホソダさんがつくば市で有名であると教えてくれました。 ウィークリーマンションとホテルのどちらかを検討されている方なら、私はウィークリーマンションをお勧めしたいと思います！ 室内にはたくさんの備品もありますし、内容もホームページで確認できます。この部屋には無料のインターネットサービスもありました。（インターネットの速度も十分でした。） 滞在中、私はホソダさんとメール連絡するだけで、誰とも対面することはありませんでした。それはとても快適でした。 掃除道具が壊れたのでメールを送ると、ホソダさんは非常に早く交換してくれました（期間中に定期補充も2回ありましたが、ティッシュや洗剤のようなものを入れて置いてくれました。） 使ってみて収納スペースが無いことが気になりましたが、幸いなことに短期利用者には便利な小さな3段ＢＯＸが置いてあります。 室内清掃状況は悪くありません。ただ、もう少し細かいといいと思います。（例：トイレの通気口のほこり） また洗濯機が外にあるのは残念でした。夕方は外の洗濯機の中身を出し入れするのがちょっと怖かったので週末に利用しました。

仕事で利用仕様と思い最初に「ウィークリー、つくば」と検索をかけたら御社が出てきました。 ビジネスホテルだとチェックインや一週間の利用だと多額になり、都度チェックイン、チェックアウトが面倒なので私の用途にはピッタリでした。 ウィークリーマンションは初めてでしたが初期費用がかかるのか、金額。場所はどの辺りなのかを心配していました。 こちらのウィークリーを選ばせて頂いた理由としましては
