It is located between Higashi Odori St. and Nishi Odori St. and in its neighborhood is Doho Koen Park. It has an indoor swimming pool that you can use all year. It is close to NASDA, National Institute for Environmental Studies, National Institute for Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.
