It is located in the residential area close to Higashi Odori st. and there are many parks in the neighborhood. This Weekly Mansion is close to NASDA, National Institute for Materials Science and a bus stop for Tokyo.

It is located between Higashi Odori St. and Nishi Odori St. and in its neighborhood is Doho Koen Park. It has an indoor swimming pool that you can use all year. It is close to NASDA, National Institute for Environmental Studies, National Institute for Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.

　距离筑波大学，筑波医疗中心，筑波大学附属医院都很近，对于工作和住院都很方便的地段。购物就在テクノパーク桜，那里有书店，家庭饭馆，大型药店等购物街，生活很便利。
