This apartment has charging parking lot. Sanuki Station is also in its walking distance, so it is convenient for those who go to Toride and Kashiwa in Joban Line. However, it is kind of inconvenient for those who drive cars because this parking lot is difficult to enter. If you drive a large size car, please enter from the back door or go the long way round after confirming that no other cars are behind you. （You have to back your car to enter the parking lot. ） For those who do not drive a car, near the station there are many shops so it is perfect apartment. Parking lot is not so satisfying but except for that this is a satisfying apartment.

When I first saw this apartment, I wanted to make it a serviced apartment. The appearance is old but there is a loft and the roof is high, the light is also pretty, so people can calm down here. Parking lot is right beside the apartment. If you want to go shopping, there is a shopping mall nearby. Though it lies deep in the houses, if you go from the avenue, it's easy to find. For beginners of serviced apartment, we suggest this apartment.

This apartment provides internet and is close to shopping area, so for those who come for job, we suggest this apartment. However, as it is in residential area, the road may be confusing. You had better print map in advance. Nearby is convenience store, but in walking distance there is almost nothing. So we suggest you use the free bicycle we provide or drive a car, otherwise the transportation at night will be very difficult. Inside the apartment, it is more spacious than other apartments. So it is best for those who have many luggages. You must feel this apartment reasonable.
