It was the third time that I lived in this apartment. The room is convenient and comfortable as if I had gone back to my own house. From large things like washing machine, rice cooker, stove, tableware, bicycle to small things like towel and detergent are all provided here, which helped me a lot. 　there was a period of 2 weeks between when I moved out of the previous accommendation and when I moved in the current accommendation, during which I lived in this apartment. My first impression is: very clean and sufficient in living wares. Refrigerator, television, air conditioner and washing machine are also provided. 　It was very convenient to live in Hosoda Kousan's apartment as it is cheap for 3 months, which can be narrowly called long term stay. I saved much time and labor because of the supplying service every week. However, I didn't feel easy when people came to my room while I was away. 　It was not me who lived in the apartment, but my Korean friend. He came to Japan for travelling. He seldom stayed in the room except at night (when he took a shower and slept). The reason why I chose Hosoda Kousan is price. I compared Hosoda Kousan with many other companies, only to find that Hosoda Kousan's service is the cheapest. What's more, I asked some companies and knew that many companies don't serve foreigners, which disappointed me. However, Hosoda Kousan serve customers in spite of nationalities, which delighted me and made me decide to chose Hosoda Kousan immediately. He said, transportation was convenient and it was also easy for foreigners to live in. At first, he had some bad impressions about Japan, so I think staying in Hosoda Kousan's apartment may change his atitude. During the stay I asked him how it was. He said it was cold. 　As for me, I provided a place for my friend. I was moved by the convenience of this apartment: parking lot is free; bicycle is free; going to Tsukuba station is convenient. The price is low and necessary living wares are all provided. It is also close to the conveniene store. There is no inconvenience at all, which gave me a good impression. The room is clean. People are free from losing keys, which I think is great. However, I have one request: thought it is a good apartmrnt for foreigners to live, you should give English tranlations for the instructions in air conditioner and other equipment. 　I worked in a research institute in Tsukuba for social study and research (like internship). I lived here as an accommendation. I chose here because it is cheap, but it is a long stay, so I worried about washing and eating. Hosoda Kousan's apartment provides washing machine, cookers, table wares and detergent, which freed me from worrying. In addition, compared with hotels which only provide a place to sleep, this apartment can provide you a living environment as usual, which is very comfortable. What's more, Hosoda Kousan provides several serviced apartments in Tsukuba, which gives you choices considering convenience, closeness to workplace (research institute) or environment. And I often got back from work late or spend weekends in Tokyo. However, unlike hotels, I could do these things freely. 　I went to japan for a training program in Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, before I found a long term accommendation, I lived here. The most important reason why I chose here is price. Compared with other companies, here is cheaper so I decided to live here immediately. What's more, Hosoda Kousan provides many plans and choices, which is also a reason. It was the first time I live alone. So I could also learn to be independent. However I feel no inconvenience even though I lived alone. there are more sufficient living wares than I expected. For those who come to Japan from overseas, it's an environment without any burden. So sometimes I felt as if I had been at home. For example, I think rubbish bag, cleaning tools, umbrella are convenient for those who are not from Japan. The equipment is also sufficient so I could live comfortably without any problem. But if you want to to talk about something unsatisfying, I would like to talk about the spring of the bed. When I went to sleep, the spring hurt me. 　I went on a training program in Tsukuba Congress Center, so I lived in this apartment. The reason why I chose serviced apartment is low price. Living in this apartment, I could join the training program starting from every early morning(I could not do this if I had chosen to commute from Tokyo). Every day after the training, I had a private time.(I was not disturbed by other trainees). If I had lived in a hotel, because it would be arranged by the trainer, I had to meet trainees even after I went back to the hotel.
The training program lasted for a week. During this week, I felt as if I had gone back to my student era(about 10 years ago) when I lived alone. 　When I was working in Tsuchiura but suddenly I was assigned with extra work. If I went back to Tokyo, I would be in trouble the next day. I heard that it is OK to live for just one day when I lived here last time. Therefore I decided to live here. It was also good that the price wouldn't change by days. Though it's serviced apartment, I stayed here for a long time so if I went to restaurant every day, I couldn't have obtained balanced nutrient. After my arrival in Tsukuba, I was soon faced with a problem of power failure and it was getting dark, so I didn't know what to do. It was the first time I lived in serviced apartment. the Electric appliances were sufficient and selfcook was available, so I saved a lot of money. It was home like, so I could live a casual life here though I was on a long business trip. I will use it again.

　My parents paid a visit to Japan, so we lived here for 2 weeks. I though my parents were not used to Japanese food, so I wanted to rent an apartment where we could selfcook. However, almost all apartments cannot be rent for just one month. So I searched the internet and found Hosoda Kousan. In Hosoda Kousan's apartments, we can selfcook. Necessary living wares are all provided. What's more, the price is also low. So I chose this apartment. It was spring festival when my parents came to Japan, so my mother made dumplings for us. For me who haven't go back China in spring festival for 3 years, eating dumplings made by mom was really happy and moving. Nothing is more delighting than spending spring festival with family. I felt as if I had been at home. I reserved this apartment one month before moving in, but I didn't know that one room was for 2 persons to live despite that we had many Email contacts. The day right before moving in when I inquired the room number, I knew that one room was for 2 persons, which angered me. After I calmed down, I found that there were some tiny words in the website reading "for each room". I think if this information had been written in the emails, this trouble would not have happened. But the service was good, so I will use it again.

　I worked for 40 days for a research institute, but it was difficult for me to commute between my home, Urayasu and the research institute. So I lived in this serviced apartment.I have also worked for JICA before and lived in another company's serviced apartment. That company claimed that furniture was provided, but I had to buy table wares myself. It was troublesome to prepare these things. I had someone else carry those things for me then. I heard something about Hosoda Kousan from my collegues. They said that necessary living wares were all prepared in Hosoda Kousan's apartment, so I decided to live there. I was very easy to move because I just have to use a suitcase. I went to the research institute at 8:30 and came back to the apartment at 6:00. Before going to bed, I watched television or read book, spending my private time. After I lived in this apartment, I thought it was really good. From 1st September, I started working in JICA. Though it took some time to reach JICA, I chose Hosoda Kousan without hesitation. If Hosoda Kousan wants some advice, I would say that in a same apartment, it's better to set General plan, Petit-light Plan and Light Plan. 　I was a student of University of Tsukuba before. I lived in this apartment because I visted the club which I belonged to. There are 3 reasons why I chose this apartment: low price, free bicycle, close to university. I spent a single time there, which made me recall my student era. I spent my university era in Tsukuba so I recalled my student time during my stay here. I also recalled my high school time because I lived with the one who I lived with in high school time. Near the apartment there are restaurants and convenience stores, so it os convenient for long term stay. The apartment seems to be old, but the beddings and amenities were clean. The cleaning service was also good. Though this time I didn't use parking lot and bicycle, I think these services helpful. If you want me to talk about unsatisfications, I would say if there were a list of nearby restaurants, it would be great. The staffs of Hosoda Kousan are very kind, so next time when I visit Tsukuba I will also live here.

　I lived here because I went on a training program in Tsukuba. The reason why i chose here is the low price, living ware and free parking lot. I spent 2 hours in the car on the first day of training, so I was tired the next day. Living in this serviced apartment healed my fatigue. 　This time I visited a laboratory in Tsukuba, so I lived here. Though it was a short period, I could relax myself. It was comfortable. Before I moved in, I was wondering which kind of equipment was provided in a serviced apartment. However, washing machine, microwave, shampoo and towel are all provided, which I think is great. It was a pity that there was no computer. What's more, bicycle was also helpful.

　I had to work in Tsukuba, Tsuchiura and Ushiku, so commuting from Tokyo was difficult. Therefore I lived in this apartment. My friend who lives in Tsuchiura told me that this serviced apartment charges 18,000 Yen one week including all expenses. In the beginning I thought it must have been dirty. I have lived in a hotel for one time, but I think it was a waste of money. After living in this apartment, I have the following comments:
Bad points… Though the bed and the room seemed to be clean, sometimes I felt tired sleeping in that bed. It was a pity that there is no off-timer for the television. And I also wanted a place to hang bath towel.
Good points… You can check in early. You can reserve a room even you want to move in immediately on that day. Necessary living wares are provided. You can selfcook here, which is healthy.

　To visit my daughter who studied in University of Tsukuba from Melbourne, I lived here for one week from 18th March. This apartment was great. It was the first time I lived in a serviced apartment and I was worrying because I reserve from overseas. 　I stayed in the Weekly Mansion Tsukuba Box Room for two weeks and was pleasantly surprised, as I didn´t expect much to get in such a low price. The room was spacious, fully furnished with TV set, air conditioner and a fridge. The kitchen was fairly equipped with a set of dishes, gas cooker, rice-cooker, hot-water heater,microwaves etc. Ideally you need not to carry any cutlery set, coffee mugs or even chopsticks. They provide everything. The toilet is well equipped with warming unit and comfortable and it is separate from the shower and bathtub equipped with hot water. The room was well clean when I entered in it and everything wason place and working. You can use the washing machine kept outside for yourroom for free. The main advantage is the location of the room. It is adjacent to AIST and JAXA and near the Doho Park. Just 5 minute walk away so very helpful for scientific researchers like me. 7/11 store is just 5 mins walk down the street. The distance from the centre is also convenient, 15 mins by bicycle.They provide you a free bicycle for commuting which is another plus point. So basically this weekly mansion provided me everything like a fully furnished apartment at much lower price and the stay was comfortable even in the peak winter season of December-January! I really want to thank the Hosoda Kosan Co. people for such a nice facility. I would definitely like to come here again in the future.

　I stayed in the Weekly Mansion Tsukuba Box Room for two months and was pleasantly surprised, as I didn´t expect much when choosing it because of the low price. Although some of the rooms are very small, you can reserve a bigger one which is worth doing. But all of them are full furnished, have a good TV set with game hardware, modern air conditioner, fridge and a LAN socket to connect your laptop to the internet. There is a common area with two PCs for a free use as well and few desks with lamps which I often used to study. You can enjoy a smoking TV room, ping-pong table or a massage chair for free for your rest there as well. I appreciated the most the fairly equipped kitchen with a set of dishes for every guest, with common use gas cookers, rice-cookers, hot-water heaters, microwaves etc. The idea that you don´t need to bother with bringing a cup or chopsticks is really nice. The toilets and showers and a bath-tube are common, but cleaned often by the staffs as well as the other common areas, so you are obliged just to clean your own dishes and get rid of your trash. The use of washing machines and dryer for free is pleasant as well. The main disadvantage of the Box Room is the distance from the centre, so it is a best choice if you have a car or motorbike. It is 10mins walk from a frequented road between Tsukuba centre and Tsuchiura eki, where the buses goes every 15-30mins to the Tsukuba centre or University (10-20mins bus ride). But I really enjoy the free bicycle loan and rode it every day to the centre (20mins bike ride) or University (30mins bike ride).

　Every year there is model rocket contest and 7 staffs live together every time. The reason why I chose Hosoda Kousan is the price which is lower than hotels. In addition, as it is for groups, it is convenient for everyone to get together to have meeting. Living here is not like a hotel, but like a house. As it was the first time I lived here, the location was strange to me, but the surroundings were quiet. And though we worked late at night, we didn't have to trouble others. When having meetings like I did this time, serviced apartment is definitely more convenient than hotels. Cookers for selfcook are sufficient. So we took food here and had a party. When we felt sleepy, we could sleep in the bedroom. The key is password so as long as you know the password you can enter the building at anytime. If I could have printed the receipt while paying through the internet, it would be great.

　We lived here for get together of university classmates. We could bring food and had banquet and there was rentacar service, which I think are good. It is cheaper than a hotel. We could spent time together in rural Tsukuba. During my stay here, I felt as if I had gone back to student era. It was the second time I lived here. I spent a great time here. The location was not that good, but there are many signboards alone the road, so I could smoothly go to Tsukuba station to recept my friends. It was home like and I could relax. So compared with hotels, the price was lower and the banquet was warmer. There are Karaoke equipment and Hosoda Kousan satisfied my requirement.
