You can immediately reach a shopping center(Days Town) and Terashima pharmacy running until 24 midnight in the building nearby. You can stay comfortably in multiple people in this building because this room is more spacious than others. It's fun to enjoy PS2 equipped here as you can rent a DVD in the nearby TUTAYA which is open 24 hours open. Because Nishiodori is right beside, you can go Tsukuba Station and Hitachino Ushiku Station conveniently.

First impression here is wide anyway! It is also available for those who live here with family members because it is wide. You could feel that I myself have this spacious pace alone! (there are space to take a meal in the kitchen for everyone). You can say that it is an ideal environment exactly if you're having a lot of luggage and looking for a serviced apartment in the center of Tsukuba. However the shower's a little old one. There is not anything to say on other aspects except for that the air in the room was a little bit humid so I think exchanging air often is good

It is recommended for beginners with serviced apartment because it is very standard. We were thinking about various things to be able to provide a calm space for the people like "home", and the grade of this place is most reliable. The price is Petit light rate rooms and is not as gorgeous as a hotel. So it is easy to calm down. Including price and convenience, it is NO.1. However, the location is difficult to find, which is a pity. The road here is like a grid pattern, so sometimes you may lose your way.(It takes sometime before you get used to it). Therefore for short term guests it is easy to be lost. For these people I suggest other places. What's more, in winters it maybe cold. The parking lot is the sand road in front od the building. There are necessary living wares in the room so you won't have troubles. There is no internet in this apartment so for those who take computers as long as you take EDGE there won't be any problem. Light rate rooms are cheap and comfortable. The environment is very good.

The reason who I created this apartment is that "If some guests want a room with these equipment only and at this price only, they would live in this building". There are equipment and environment for such comfortable life. If you want the computer to be online in the company or by myself, or just to read Mangas , I suggest this apartment to you. Because it is just for such uses and the equipment is enough. But as it is cheap, it has the equipment and environment that worth this price. So you may think the light rate rooms are short of equipment after seeing general plan rooms. But it worth this price.

In a word, this high level apartment is pleasant for ladies. （The appearance is also fashionable. ）This is a quiet residential area. The apartment is equipped with autolock. There is an elevator even though is it a 3 storey building. It is close to many research institutes here. There for in equipment and environment, here is perfect！ If you drive a car you can go to Tsukuba Station and Hitachinoushiku Station conveniently. （By the way this apartment is the southest apartment among those apartments run by us in Tsukuba, so it is easy to go to Hitachinoushiku, Kannondai. ） Auto light will be turned on as long as you enter the entrance. The counter kitchen is fashionable. As to the bad points, it would be that in the counter kitchen, there is a space so when you turn on the air conditioner. it may take a relatively longer time to make the room warm.

At first we wanted to build a cheap apartment in central Tsukuba, so this apartment was made. The interior space is very queit. As the space is limited, there is shower room but no bathtub. The equipment in the kitchen is no so sufficient so it may not satisfy those who want to selfcook. For those who want to live near Tsukuba Station economically, watch television and surf the internet, this apartment is perfect. There is also a security camera. However, in some rooms there are no washing machines（the washing machine of Room 302 is in the first floor beside the stairs）, if you want to use washing machine, we suggest you use room appoint service♪

We removed washing machine, air conditioner from light rate rooms. As the price is 56000 Yen/Month, it is similar to the apartments for rent at 45000 Yen/Month with sufficient equipment. If you want to live here for a long time, you may add an air conditioner. If there is an air conditioner, life will be quite comfortable. As the price is low, there are no equipment like shampoo, rinse, so you have to buy them yourself. SO living here is just like renting a house, but you have to buy dispensable things only, then you can live a comfortable life. If you don't drive a car and you perfer low price, we suggest this apartment to you. （If you stay for a long time, you can also use the parking lot ran by other companies）

Actually this facility ranks the second by comments of the guests ( the first building was rent to a long term guest), but it is cheaper and closer to the hospital than the one which ranks first. You are sure to be satisfied not only with equipment but also with the price. Please use it as it is the only apartment which is only for patients and their family members thought there are many hospitals and hotels in Tsukuba. It is comfortable! The layout is old type, but do not mind so much because it has been renovated. Laundry in the hospital can be also finished nicely regardless of the weather because there is the dryer out of this facility.

It is also close to Higashiotori, so if you go in north direction you can reach Oho's Shopping Center, north industrial area. You can also go to Tsukuba Station by bike. It is right beside the university so going to tests and doing research are also convenient. All the rooms uses Electric keys, so ladies can feel safe living here. If you want to live in the north of Tsukuba center, we suggest this apartment to you. All rooms face south, so the sunshine is sufficient. Right beside the apartment is a Konomiyaki restaurant, so you can drink there and walk back. The layout of the room may be a little old, but it worth this price.
