Because it was close to my company, I lived in this serviced apartment. I searched many companies and decided to choose Hosoda Kousan after comparing price and equipment. The room was homelike and clean. It was very comfortable living in this apartment. I can sleep at ease at night. I was also pleased at watchful things like bathing powder! I repeated many times and they all satisfied me. I also want to live in Hosoda Kousan's apartment in the future.

In the first day, there were some small troubles. However, I called Hosoda Kousan the next day and they solved my problems immediately, which satisfied me. The price is reasonable. I think the most important is to live comfortably and happily. I think if the parking lot were right beside the apartment, it would be perfect. There is a supermarket which you can go by bike, so it is really a good location. It's close to the station while quiet, so I have no complaints. It was like when I start my single life. I went to buy food and flavor enhancers, which was happy. 　I felt that both hotels and serviced apartments had their merits. As the room is spacious, I think it is also proper in situations like when 2 persons go traveling.

The company where I was taking an internship is close to Mito station, so I lived here during my internship. there are 2 reasons why I chose this apatment: close to Mito station and low price. What's more, there are also sufficient equipment. My home is far from the company, so if I didn't rent a mansion, I had to get up at 4 o'clock and go back at 2 o'clock. Serviced apartment fulfilled my demand. I haven't lived a single life before so I was not at ease at the beginning, but later I could rest leisurely in this quiet environment. I could also change my temper here so it was a comfortable place. To tell the truth, I haven't expected very much at the beginning. However, after I lived here for a while, I found that the room was clean, the Electric appliances were sufficient, the life was easy and free. Especially there is a television, a refrigerator, a rice cooker, a microwave, a washing machine, which made me happy. Television can free people who live alone from anxiety. I cooked meal for 3 days every time and then put them intp the refrigerator. When I want to eat them I just heat them with the microwave, thus being able to self cook even I was busy. I haven't take many clothes with me, so I have to wash laundries every day, but there is no inconvenience. There is shampoo, rinse and body soap in the bathroom, and the hot water can be made immediately, which I think was convenient. Though I have already finished my stay in this apartment, I still feel living in Hosoda Kousan's apartment was a wise choice.

I went a business trip myself and lived in serviced apartment considering price and convenience. I lived in this apartment as if at my home. The life here was comfortable. I was surprised that there were shampoo, body soap, cleansing foam, washing machine, cleansin, table wares and other necessary things 　What's more, it is close to Mito Station so it's very convenient for shopping and visiting. 　I want to live in it again if I have a chance in the future.

I went a business trip myself and searched accommodations. I wanted to live in an apartment which is cheap and has tranparent information and free optional services, so I decided to use Hosoda Kousan's service. The room was as comfortable as my own home! It was just Spring then and the Sakura trees along the river side was beautiful! It locates in the center of accommodation area, so it was very quiet, but it is 5 minutes on foot from station. I thought it was great that there was such a place. I was tranferred to Mito branch. The vegetables’ prices are half discounted and there us 2 convenience stores, so I was quite satisfied. Maybe it's convenient to have breakfast in north exit of Mito station. There are many restaurants and coffee shops！ I enjoy a happy Mito business trip. Thank you!!

I lived in Serviced Apartment Jonan2, which is close to my company. Compared with hotels and business hotels, this apartment is cheaper and closer to my work place. So I chose this one. By living in serviced apartment, I understood the happiness of single life and the importance of selfcooking. I obtained many things through my stay here. I lived as if I had been living in my own house. I enjoy this single life and I felt it convenient to live here. The sunshine comes through the window, which dries your laundries and better your temper. This apartment is close to the station and avenue, so you can go home safely. Near the apartment is a convenience store and Kaitenzushi restaurant. It's quite convenient. At the beginning, I thought the room was small, but later I graduately realized that it was just the right size for single life. The staffs cleaned the room carefully and utility expense is included in the rent, so I could live here without worrying anything.

When I first saw the building, I thought it was amazing! However, after I entered the apartment, I found that the doors were quite old and I begun to worry. Recalling the video on the website, I opened the door and found that a bright and tidy room came to my eyes. It was the same as shown in the videos, so I felt relieved. The bathroom is clean. Futon and sheets are neat and tidy with no dirt at all. I am espacially satisfiede with foam pillow, which made me sleep well. Anyway as a person who particularly cares about cleaniess and sensative, I think the room is cleaned carefully. So the cleaning service is considerate. The color of the bed and floor fit each other. If you don't take extra things, you can tidily put your things away. The bath room is prefabricated, but it provides a chair and a wash basin so it was convenient. There are many hangers, which can help you dry your laundries. The washing machine works well. The drying machine seems to be old but it's OK. What I am unsatisfied about is that the body soap seems to have been thinned. Is it a trick played by the former tenant. However, it was a good memory. Thank you!

I knew serviced apartment from the internet and lived here as an accommodation during internship. As the budget is limited, I chose to live here because it's cheap. It's the first time that I experience single kife. Though it was a short time, I am satisfied because I could realize my dream of living a single life. My parents worried about the environment I was living. However, the things that my parents worried about didn't come at all and I lived a sufficient life here. In addition, there is a convenience store nearby and it's close to the station, so I lived here without any inconvenience.

My house is far from the place where I took a training course. The training course lasted for 2 weeks, so it's a little bit long for hotels. I searched the internet and found that Hosoda Kousan's apartment is the cheapest, I I chose it. Unlike hotels and youth hotels, this apartment can provide you with a life that is not disturbed by others. It was close the training place, so I can finish the training without physical fatigue. Serviced Apartment Jonan3 looks new in the pictures uploaded to Hosoda Kousan's website, but in fact it has been 30 years since it was built. The walls and floor has been reformed and sheets are paved on the ground, so it looks clean. Though I felt easy because I could live a life without disturbance from others and the apartment is close to my workplace, in the beginning of my stay, I was tired because I felt as if I was living in someone else's room. But I wasn't feeling scary when I woke up at midnight. I spent my time at ease.

The appearance of this building is like public housing. But just because it's not as neat as luxury hotels, I can live here at ease. After I moved in the room, I felt happy about the spacious living room and bright sunshine！！The room is so spacious that I can calm down here. At the same time, I didn't want to go back. Then I checked the suppliments of the room! Kitchenwares are OK! Cleaning service is considerate. Microware, frying pan, plates, pan, sponge is all provided here. I was touched that kitchen paper was also prepared〜 What's mre, there were many hangers to hang clothes , ropes for drying laundries, sponges, bathroom, shampoo rinse, body soap, which I thought was great. The toilet has washlet, so you can live a clean life and keep your temper delighted. However, what made me feel unsatisfied about the kitchen wares is that there were no Electric pot! I have lived in many serviced apartments, and I felt it unbelievable that there were no Electric pots? Why? I thought to myself. The light was bright and there were no strange smells. The bed and futon was clean. I could sleep comfortably every night. The pillow is foam pillow, which made me feel happy. there are three convenience stores. There are also banks. Besides, it is also close to Mito station, so I think it's convenient and comfortable to live here. Even if the things are used up, they will come to replenish within one day as long as you send them an email, which I think is great. Because I went out to a far place, I wanted to spend the least money. This apartment came to my rescue. The staffs who came to replenish supplements were warm and kindhearted, so I can talk to them at ease. They were so kind that I thought of my mother.(LOL). This is a serviced apartment where there is humanity but no formality. For me Hosoda Kousan is a warm memory that I shall never forget. Thank you!!

This is the second that I live in Mito's serviced apartment.(The previous time was in 2005, Akatsuka) My workplace is in Kachida. My collegue was living in a hotel. So I chose this serviced apartment. The business trip lasted for 2 weeks, so after I searched many places, I decided to live in a serviced apartment. In a business hotel, you can not spread your luggage and have to put them away every day・・・(In fact I wasn't spreading my luggage everywhere). As well as the previous time, I lived in Hosoda Kousan because of the kind and quick service. The price is lower than a hotel! Equipment is also sufficient! (I also know some other serviced apartments. However, none of them provides chopsticks, plates, shampoo like Hosoda Kousan. ). As an accommendation near workplace and a place to rest, it's enough. There is enough space for lying down! Internet is also a reason why I chose Hosoda Kousan. They will also solve your problem even if you send an Email at night(If you have to). (Such service is also available in some hotels, but to lower the accommendation fee, it's still not available some hotels) I felt as if I were living in my own house. I will also have to go on business trips in the future (everywhere in Japan), I will look for companies like Hosoda Kousan. (If you know similar places, please tell me. It was the first time I lived in a serviced apartment. I read some information in advance, but this apartment is different from my imagination. First, the appearance of this apartment is not like a mansion, but old apartment or housing complex. I think the building is quite old. The interior is amazingly pretty, but I also felt the water yeild (wash basin and bathroom) old. The wash basin is quite narrow, so if I wash face or teeth here, water drops may scatter everywhere. In addition, as there is no space to put things on, I had to put face wash set and toothbrush set beside the faucet. Sometimes it's impossible to put a cup. What's more, I have no places to put the towel while washing face, so I had to hung it to my neck or arm. During my stay here, sometimes I had to wash my face and teeth in the kitchen. It would be helpful if there were a towel hanger. Though towels are provided, there is only one bath towel and one face towel but no sweat towel and kitchen towel. The towel was missing from the second day. What's more, washing is everyday affair, so I think it's better to prepare at least 3 pieces of towels. And there were no drying stick for laundries, so I want you to provide a drying stick. Hangers for laundries are sufficient. At last, it's difficult to tell whether hotel or here is better. People have different standards in judging. In the above I just talked about the demerits of serviced apartment compared to hotel. Personally, I think ・Toilet and bathroom are separated. ・Washlet ・Living room and bedroom are separated. The rooms are spacious. ・Refrigerator and freezer compartment are separated so that there is enough space ・Washing is available at any time ・Air cleaner and microwave are provided ・Close to station ・Cost performance is high Considering the above merits, I think it was a wise choice to choose Hosoda Kousan　　 I hope you can better the demerits I listed above too.

Serviced Apartment Nishihara (ウィークリー西原)

To take a class here, so I lived here for 2 weeks. The reason why I chose here is that the stay is just 2 weeks and I don't think I can relax in a hotel. What's more, I usually live with my family, so I hanker for single life, which is also a reason. I really felt as if I had lived a single life during my stay!! As everything necessary is provided here, it's very convenient, easy and comfortable. The plates and cookwares are more sufficient than other places. So it's really a comfortable experience to live here. In fact I have lived in several serviced apartments before, but this one is the most comfortable. As mentioned above, Hosoda Kousan differs from other places in detailed things such as the number of plates. So I used it conveniently and comfortably. there is a drying machine, which also helped me a lot. I used to think that serviced apartment was not my home, so it might be unsteady and helpless. However, such things never happen. I feel this apartment is considerate in details. So if I have class next time, I will definitely choose this serviced apartment! I like this room♪

From 5 years ago, I attend Rock-In-Japan every year, but the first year I spent the night time in Karaoke, the second year in the car. It was really tired and I cannot be healed from the fatigue, so I counldn't enjoy the festival. However, from the third year, I tried to use serviced apartment, which made me rest at ease. What's more, a washing machine was also provided so for those who came from a far away place, many luggages were not necessary and it was very convenient. If you want to watch DVD, there is PlayStation2; If you want to search something, there is a computer. The equipment is so sufficient that if you want something, it will appear. Though this apartment is far from Mito station(about several minutes by bus), the bus system is facilitative. There us a conveneinet store and a supermarket, where I can buy a sunscreen. I could live a life without feeling any unconvenience. I lived in this apartment last year and I am a repeater now ☆ If I have a chance next year, I will also choose this apartment.

Though there are many companies running serviced apartment, Hosoda Kousan's price is reasonable, furniture and Electric appliances are also sufficient, so I chose Hosoda Kousan. I took an internship in Mito, so I lived here. The internship lasted for 3 weeks, which is a little bit longer, so serviced apartment is convenient and this one is close to the company where I took the internship, which made me choose this apartment. With my privacy being protected, I can live a life without being disturbed. Therefore thought the internship is strict, I could still relax myself. I could feel free to live a single life and spend my time after work, which made me energetic every day. The reason why I chose Hosoda Kousan is that in their apartments, internet is available and it was close to the company. Because it's near the company, I could be casual in the morning and I could spend my private time or do my work at night. Shampoo and table wares were also provided, so there was no inconvenience. What's more, I feel happy about the bicycle rental service and free parking lot. However, it was hot that time. Though I turned on the air conditioner, it was not efficient. In addition, the cupboard and the shoeshelf stank. Except for the 2 points, I was satisfied!! If I have another chance, I will use it again. Thank you!!

My family is living in America, but I went to Mito to take care of my grandfather, who was accepting therapy in a hospital in Mito. I lived here for 3 months. Because kitchen and internet is provided and the location was good, I chose this apartment. During my stay here, I felt relaxation as if I had lived in my own house. In addition, it's close to Senbako Lake and kairakuen Park, so I could enjoy walking every day and walk around the nearby shopping area. I like the location of this apartment the most. The environment was good and high-speed bus was available for going to Tokyo. The Onigiri shop and bread baker and department is nearby so it's very convenient. Though I feel it was inconvenient that there was no closet, I will also live in this apartment next time.

I used here as a place for train camp during コみケッとスペシャル５ in Mito. I chose Bizencho because I wanted to live in serviced apartment, which is more flexible than hotel and it was the closest place near the place where we took the train camp. I also searched other companies, only to find that there were no serviced apartment for short term use. However, Hosoda Kousan's apartment satisfied my condition and was cheaper than hotel, so I used their apartment. （Some friends also recommended me use Hosoda Kousan's service） If i live in a hotel, I can do nothing but sleep. However, if I live in a serviced apartment, I can buy food in the nearby shop and cook as I like. Compared with hotels, you can go back to your room at any time. The room is spacious so you don't have to worry about where to put your luggage away. I think the difference between a hotel and a serviced apartment is homelikeness. I suggest serviced apartments to those who use on a family basis. Basic Electric appliances are provided. The washing-drying machine is quiet, so you can soon wash and dry your laundries so that you can finish clothes changing quickly For those who want to live in this apartment, I provide the following information ・The rice cooker is a little small ・The pan is not as large (You can take a larger one with you) ・there is Keisei Store, Kasumi and 711, so it's convenient for buying food ・The parking lot is underground. Under the art gallery.(1500 Yen/Day) ・Movements within the city is convenient by bike or bus ・The gas stove is the same with those for family use ・there are many outlets. ・Tablewares are for 3 persons. ・Before, within, and after your stay, the staffs will follow you frequently so you don't have to be anxious. By the way, I also have some suggestion for Hosoda Kousan: If you have pictures of the equipment provided here, it will be easy for the tenants to figure out what to bring ・The floor is slippery. Please pay attention to the floor mat. （I fixed it with training tape and resume it when I checked out） I am not satisfied about the wardrobe, because it often made noisy. But I will live in this apartment if I visit Mito again. At last, I am sorry that I didn't reply the man who went for maintenence though he greeted me because I was making a telephone call then.

Compared with the serviced apartment I used in Nagoya before, the serviced apartment here is more sufficient in equipment, which surprised me. Especially there is large refrigerator, gas cooker with two burners, so it's a place in which you can live for a long time. On the other hand, there is no room with shower, which I think is inconvenient. I want you to add more choices. However, I am satisfied as a whole. If I have another chance, I'd like to live in it again. I also think it would be great if there were flavor enhancers such as salt, pepper, source. It would also be great if there were rope or stick to hang laundries (as the toilet is together with bathroom, the rope or stick is also necessary for drying the towel by which the floor is cleaned) and shower curtain (it's better not to make the floor wet)

This time I lived in Hosoda Kousan's serviced apartment because I was going on a class outside school. The reason why I chose Hosoda Kousan was that the price is low and the apartment is close to where I took a class. What's more, many equipment is provided, which I think was convenient. During my stay, I spent a time just like at home without any stress. To my surprise, the equipment was quite sufficient. Necessary things are all provided so that you don't have to buy anything or bother yourself. What's more, as it is located in central Mito, it's convenient to go to restaurants or convenience stores In addition, free bicycle rental service was also helpful. Because it's a long journey to go to Kairakuen Park or Kodokan on foot. Every day is sufficient. If I stay in Mito for a long time again, I will also choose this apartment.

The low price is very attractive. This time I lived in 宮町 in Mito. I could walk to 南町 and 駅南, so it was convenient. It was the first time that I lived in a serviced apartment. I think it's a place where I can live comfortably and at ease. Almost all kinds of living wares are provided so that you can live here as long as you take clothes and food with you. The price is also low and reasonable. 　However, there are also aspects which I am not satisfied with. Maybe the guests like to sit on the bed so that the place on which the guest sit will dent. Sleeping in such a bed will make body painful. When the drying phase of the washing machine came to an end, it would suddenly produce a big noises. I am satisfied except for these two matters. I went to Mito on a solo assignment. Because I don't like renting a long term apartment while I don't know what it is like. So before I find a long term apartment, I lived here. I thought i would be a long time before I found a proper house, together with economic reason, I did not consider hotels. To tell the truth, I chose Hosoda Kousan accidentally. I searched with 「ウィークリーマンション　水戸」 and found your homepage. Maybe it was the good comments and nice telephone service that made me decide to use your service. Of course, low price is also an important reason. I took a resolute attitude that the apartment was just a place for sleeping after busy work at first. I could sleep well because though this apartment is close to downtown, but the surrounding is quite quiet. It is far beyond my expectation considering this price. The room is neat and clean so that I could keep a good temper here. When the battery of the clock was used up or the notice about rubbish littering was not published, the staffs of Hosoda Kousan immediately solved my problem as long as I phoned them. Though the kitchen, bathroom and toilet are narrow, I didn't care as it was a short term stay. The bicycle also helped me a lot. There are also other places which made me delighted. For those who want to stay in Mito at a low price, I recommend Hosoda Kousan. It's not compliment, but my real intention.

I moved to Ibaraki from Saitama from April for work. When I was looking for cheap houses for long term stay, I found Hosoda Kousan's homepage. I thought it was convenient room which provided kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, television, shampoo, rinse, wash for kitchen and laundries. It is true that I lived here as if I had been living in my own house. The bicycle helped me a lot. I think only Hosoda Kousan provides bicycles among serviced apartment providers. What's more, Hosoda Kousan's apartments are cheaper than that of other companies, and it is easy to use and supplement of shampoo and rinse service is provided every week, which I think was useful. I chose Hosoda Kousan when I saw the advertisement in Keisei Department (of couse, I also searched the internet). My house was totally destroyed in 3.11 earthquake. Of course, guests are responsible for throwing rubbish, but it was really difficult to find rubbish bag for nonburnable. For the time being, these unburnables are still put into semitransparent and vinyl bags, which I think is dirty. However, I am satisfied with other aspects. If I get another chance, I will live in Hosoda Kousan's apartment again. At last I shall say "Thank you very much".

Serviced Apartment Akatsuka(ウィークリー赤塚)

I wanted to live in Hosoda Kousan's serviced apartment in Akatsuka, but Akatsuka was so popular that I couldn't have reserved it, so I lived in this apartment. The room here is spacious and living room is separated from bedroom, where I could relax. However, as it is located beside the station, in the dark night there would be some drunk men and foreigners walking in the street, which was scary for me, who often went back home late at night. Finally vacancy was made in 「赤塚のＫＴＭビル」, I soon moved there and went on living in Hosoda Kousan's apartment. Compared with 「城南３」 in Akatsuka, this apartment is narrow, but equipment was sufficient. It is located in a good place which is 3 minutes on foot from the station. It is also quiet so I could live an easy life there. During my stay, I could live a homelike life. I didn't have to care about anything about sleeping, which healed the fatigue from work. There are 2 large supermarkets beside the station and bicycle can be rent for free, so eating was convenient. I would like to live in this apartment again the next time I go on a business trip to Mito. Thank you!

I lived in this apartment during Rock In Japan. It was the first time that I used serviced apartment. Electric appliances and furniture was provided, so I lived a comfortable life here. This apartment has just been built, so the room is clean. It was also large enough for 2 persons to live (Me and my friend) The room is also perfect in security. There is auto lock in the entrance. 3 keys are provided. The bad thing is that the last bus to the station is too early. I will also live here next year. Thank you☆

　My friends saw Hosoda Kousan's information in magazine. When I really lived in this apartment, it was beyond my expectation(^-^) The room was new. The parking lot is free. The rubbish throwing is convenient. And there were toothbrush, towel, shampoo, soap in the room, so you just have to bring your clothes! I really want to live in this apartment again! What's more, it was really great that there were restaurants in a place where I can go on foot(^^) If there is other apartment near which there is delicious restaurant, I want to live there again.　リュウ

This time I lived in serviced apartment for a trip (see fireworks and sea). I wanted to use hotels in Mito, but it was just Rocking Japan (so the price was high), therefore I found Hosoda Kousan. When I applied this apartment, it was so lucky that someone canceled his reservation so I could reserve it. The refrigerator was large and parking lot was free, which I think was better than hotels I left something behind the day I checked out. Several days later I called Hosoda Kousan, but they kindly handled my request, which made me happy. (At last, the left things were taged as abondoned things and thrown away, but the staffs said "Do you mind if we provide same things for you?", which made me feel comfortable) Before I moved in I called the free dial for many times, but the staffs answered me patiently, on which I felt comfortable.

In the past, I had been looking for business hotels when I went on a sudden business trip. But the price was high and inconvenient in washing and cooking. In serviced apartments, living wares are perfectly provided(especially kitchenwares). When you enter a serviced apartment, you can relax yourself as if you were at your home. The cleaning service was considerate. I have used almost all rooms here, among which I like Ishikawa best. It will be great if you add more rooms. Please do a better job! M.M

To live with my boyfriend, I want to live in a place where I can spend my time at ease like home, which I am not able to do in a hotel or business hotel. So I chose Hosoda Kousan. In addition, necessary things for living are all provided and the price is low, so I think Hosoda Kousan is attractive. There are basic living wares, which make me being able to live a convenient and happy life here. I really spent a great time this time. It was a wise choice that I chose Hosoda Kousan. What's more, I will live with my boyfriend next month in Mito. I want to live in Hosoda Kousan's apartment again then.
