We suggest this apartment to those who go to the shopping street, shopping mall along Mito Station north exit. The price is very low. If you have to use computer for work, you can also take a computer and wimax yourself. However, the parking lot charges 500 Yen/Day so for those who drive cars here may be expensive. So it is proper for those who do not drive a car, or park their cars in company. We suggest those who definitely use cars live in general rate rooms. What's more, though the location is good, you had better print the map and pictures in advance. It is close to the Station, but there are some slopes on the way and it is dim sometimes, so please be careful. The equipment is sufficient enough with this price.

This apartment is different from other serviced apartments. It is in pursuit of space and comfortableness in spite of low price. The purpose of constructing this building is to meet the requests of living in a place which is different from homes or living smartly. The price is also lower than general rate rooms. However thought the bathroom is reformed, it is covered by tiles so it may not be so functional as unibath. And it is close to the Station so the parking lot is very narrow. Small cars won't be in trouble entering the parking lot, but we suggest you use the neighboring coin parking lot if you drive a large truck. In a word, you can live a neater life than when you are at home♪

The space and comfortableness are NO.1!. We strongly recommend this apartment to those who don't go to Mito Station or Akatsuka Station, or who have cars so that they can go anywhere in Mito. The parking lot is also spacious. Kawachi, Kadoya are in walking distance, so you can walk to shop. However, for those who go there for the 1st time, the road may be confusing. Except for that I have no complaints about here. As to the bad points, it would be that the location is far from Mito Station, Akatsuka Station and Mito Interchange.
